Stuck pixel on new camera

I ordered a new camera from a well known high street camera shop online and it was delivered today. After switching it on and firing off several test shots there is a very obvious stuck pixel on the sensor. Does anyone know off hand if I can take it to my local store for a swap out or do I need to post it back and wait for a replacement? Cheers.

I would try the local store to see what they have to say. Bring purchase invoice and the card used for purchase.

If they have the camera in stock in store they should do a swap there and then.
