Nope, one of the many programs that can be used to try and cure stuck pixels. They don't have a huge success rate, but it's worth a try if your monitor does have a dodgy pixel(s).
It wont fix dead or defective pixels, just ones that are stuck, which is pretty rare. All it does is move loads of tiny colours about really fast to try and force the pixel to get unstuck from it's current state, very simple.
Theres even a program like if for the PSP, i run it once for a whole day but no luck, the pixels on my PSP seem to be defective though.
