Stuck pixels

I bought a new monitor from here a couple of days ago and there is a stuck pink pixel and also a stuck/dead sub-pixel.

I've tried the rubbing and tapping methods and they won't go away do you think I could swap it?

Which company should I use to return it, or will OCuk be able to arrange someone to come and pick it up if I pay for it?

I think I will do I'm just struggling to find a courier that will insure it.
