Stuck screw

OK so when putting my case back together I wasn't paying attention and screwed a screw in the wrong place and it's now stuck, meaning that the front of the case won't go on. Any tips on how to get it out. It won't unscrew at all.

what sort of screw is it? + whats it screwed into.

It's one of the hard drive bay screws and it's in the place where the clip in the middle of the front case goes into. I think Jokester's advice is the only option.

Well I got it out plyers seemed to have done the trick. Moral of the story pay attention to what you are doing and screws suck.
