Stuck Sensor + Judging temps?

Ok well I have the e8600 and decided to test my watercooling setup last night at stock and noticed something rather strange.

Both my temps report the same on realtemp / coretemp (also were same on intelburntest) and do not move even when left for longer peroids as you can see I'm running asus probe to get the mobo temps also. Is their any easy way to actually tell what my processor is running at?

Oh and I got 4.6ghz stable this morning when I checked, so gonna go home and push it more

Yeah all is fine now that I've started to overclock and up the vcore, when the temps rise about 47 / 40 on the cores it seems to read fine, but also I have heard that once above 60 it gets less accurate too? Currently working on 4.7ghz stable, as it was stable @ 4.65ghz for 6 hours orthos when I checked this morning will get some shots later.
