basically i have a e6400 and a ds3 with some crucial 10th anniversry ram with a scythe ninja fan.i cant get past 430 fsb whatever i do.cpu temps when idle are 29 degres with 1.45 v.
i cant seem to get past 430 and windows wont boot at all.
how can i get more out of my memory as ive tried running the memory at 2.5 and lowering the multi to get more out of my memory whch is running at 4-4-4-12.
ive raised all my volts by 0.1 but seem to be stuck.im on the f8 bios and that hasnt helped either.ive seen peeps with well over 1100 on the memory but im stuck at 860.
what am i doing wrong .i have a tagan 480 psu with an x1900 xt and one optical drive and one hard drive installed

ive tried 5-5-5-15 but still no joy the pc wont even boot.the only reason i bought this memory was because it clocks like mad but mine doesnt seem to want to play ball.temps on cpu are good as well so im stumped

can somebody please post thier bios settings as some of my memory settings are set at auto, the only ones i have changed are 4-4-4-12.also whats the safest voltage on air with these cpus, ive tried 1.5 with no joy and dont want to fry the cpu so its back at 1.45.im doing something wrong as everyone else is hitting far higher speeds with the ram than i am.even tried lowering the multi but pc wouldnt even boot

been doing a bit of reading on other forums and it seems to be a problem with micron d9 chips used on the crucial 10th anniversary memory.
some say boards with rev 2 chipsets are ok but mine isnt.hope the f9 bios when released fixes it
