Stuck XP

Hi,

When I boot an install that has been perfect for 3 years, I get this screen:

Can't think of any specs that have changed or any software/hardware installed recently.

Specs:

Boot Drive: WDC160GB
Documents Drive: 2x WDC160GB (RAID0)
SATA in RAID mode
SATA optical drive
Asus Rampage Extreme
Intel QX9350
Corsair DDR3 Dual Channel 2GB
1200 Thermaltake PSU
BFG nVidia 260OC

Safe mode returns the same result.
