Student Acommodation

Hey all,

We're looking in getting a 3 bed property for september (Kingston/Surbiton area) and unfortunately nothing decent has come up. Obviously there is no straight answer, but when is the best time when acommmodation comes up?

How much are you currently paying and where are you located?

I imagine the market around Kingston and Surbiton and surrounding areas isn't particularly dominated by students, and as such will just be fairly consistent all year round. Where have you looked so far?
