Just wondered if anyone studies part time at Uni. I'm in full time work at the moment and can't really afford to quit to go full time time at Uni (which I would love, but hey that's life!).
I have done OU courses before, but had to drop out of the French degree I started due to lack of focus. I'm hoping that the attendance and focus of my local Uni would help me do better.
As far as I can see, there is three stages to the French degree part time - 2 years certificate, 2 years diploma, 2 years degree which would give me the French BA.
The first 2 years are 3 hours lectures every Weds evening, which I think is manageable, along with self study obviously.
Just wanted some thoughts from anyone who has done a part time degree before or who is doing one at the moment.
My local Uni is Kent if that helps!
Thanks!
