1.) I watched Macbeth (yes, a movie version ( read the play too, dont hate)) and i have never understood how armour works? I know i might be a bit of a dumb question, but how can swinging a sword penetrade and kill someone with armour on? If you really wanna defend yourself, just wear 1 inch think full metal body armour, cause i dont understand how you can kill someone with armour on.

Armour has to permit some mobility and has to be light enough (thin) to wear and move around in, if you put enough force behind a piercing point (like a crossbow bolt for example) it will go through armour.

Also it doesn't help much when it comes to large blunt force, whilst protecting against small blows, the armour will cave if there's enough force behind the blow.

You'll grasp the concept when you get older probably, you might not dismiss what you see now as mediocrity. Contentment is a different thing to excitement and both are good.
