Stulid X99 Advice after dissapointment of Skylake

I am looking for some advice in regards to the below, I would be hoping to get a OC to 4.2-4.4 GHz Silicon lottery aside do you see any component that may hold me back

By the way I will be using a GTX670 until Pascal

Is the EVGA 650W PSU likely to be enough with other components PCIe SM951 a further 500GB SSD and a 2tb WD 7200RPM will be using a external Blu Ray but that has its own Power supply only other thing may want to go to 32GB memory in the future.

Think the gigabyte m2 is limited to 10gbps and would have a adverse effect on the m2 pcie sm951
Would consider the msi x99 sli if you think its any good :)
 
Update

So this is what I went for in the end, got the jitters about a AIO water cooling so went for a basic air cooler may look at water cooling further down the line

I'm seriously considering the GA-X99-SLI + 5820k (to replace an ancient Q6600!)

How long is that bundle likely to hang around? Just starting a new job so need to delay a week or two until cash flow is assured.

Everything arrived however the Intel CPU box appears to have been crushed during transit so don't know if the CPU is A Ok appears undamaged but who knows.

Spoke to OC UK they advised go ahead with the build.

So on I proceeded only to come across

The 2011 cooler mounting has a cross threaded pin which you then secure a cross member using a bolt, so stuck at the moment.

Looking on the bright side I have spent an hour or so doing some cable management LOL

Will post a picture of crushed box and the case shortly

Got to say motherboard is gorgeous :D case is cool too

Wow that's been properly squished. I think take a look at it for any physical damage and just test it. You made ocuk aware which is the main thing
