Hey, wasn't sure where to post so decided this would probably be my best bet. Last couple of days I've encountered a few graphical glitches when browsing with Firefox, I'm unsure whether it is a problem with my graphics card, or something to do with the browser, thinking its the former but I could be wrong,

This is just an example of what happens, has happened on other pages apart from Google too,

Glitched Firefox

Unglitched Desktop

Anyone could shed some light on this,

Cheers.

Looks like something borked with FFs text rendering? Are other browsers OK? There are several variables you can change in the "about:config" page of FF - Googling will give you the ones which might be worth a try.

Doubt it's your GFX card if everything else bar the browser is OK, unless it's driver related.

Quick tip to tidy up your links..

Right click and properties them, then remove the 'name' you'll be left with just icons :)

As for the problem, I'd backup your favourites and delete your firefox profile and start a new one

Cheers for the feedback guys, i'll investigate the about:config thing, my graphic card drivers are up-to date so I wouldnt think it could be that really, and i'll give the profile thing a try too. It's strange though because it doesn't happen constantly, just randomly the browser glitches out.
