Went up to Vermont today, im on a 2 lane highway doing 70, on the inside lane. Then i look in the rear view mirror and some stupid woman is tailgating me about 6ft behind. Even better than that shes also txting Theres a guy at the side of her, doing the exact same speed and just sitting there, so she can't overtake. So she just proceeds to sit on my ass and carry on messing with her phone.
The only thing i could do was to speed upto 80 and put quite a few cars inbetween us.

The amount of idiots that txt while driving over here is a real eye opener.

See it on motorways over here. People more interested in phone than road! Slow down and let her pass?
How come you didn't see her until she was on your ass?

Is it a fineable offence over there?

I think she was in the other lane, but moved over to do a spot of txting. She couldnt pass due to the guy at the side of her, so i had to speed up to move over then over take the cars in front of me. Tend to see loads of people yacking on the phone but its not illegal, but txting is.
