Stupid instagram question

I know, i know.. I've never used stories before but #lockdown #coronavirus etc. bites

I have a video that it's splitting into two parts on my story. Fine. How do I resize it in both parts exactly the same? And how do I replicate the stickers (location etc.) across both exactly the same?

It's treating the two parts as separate 'things' and I don't want to do everything twice...

That's how stories work. Each part is individual, so you'd need to manually do the stickers etc on the next part. There are apps that will manage stories for you by creating the video and then you simply export the end result but dynamic stickers etc won't be interactive as it's essentially just a video with effects that way.

Keep your story videos 15s max as that's where t cuts off and starts a new part.
