Except it is used to treat bowel cramps! There is the possibility that he has bowel rather than stomach cramps but then that is what GPs are for...

yeah yeah ok guys stop with the whining whimp insults, i get the point your trying to make that im a wimp. and yeah maybe my veins werent that easy to see and maybe it had something to do with the womans age not being able to see clearly. and i wasnt going to complain, i just raised that issue coz of what a friend said. and yeah i know these people work hard to keep others fit and healthy and i appreciate that. and my mums been a nurse about 10(health centre/clinic) years where i used to live and about 5-6 years here in NI(carehome).

Yeah just happens sometimes mate. I'm lucky I have quite thin arms and the veins are big and near the surface. Real pain if you've been in hospital and they've used all the decent veins already and need to start trying to get blood from the smaller veins. Pump some iron before you go for a blood test. that'll make them stick out
