Stupid question about P182 front lock

Hi all, I know this is going to sound like a silly question, but can any tell me how the front lock mechanism works on the door of the P182, as I got the keys, I line up and the key pushes the lock in, but when I try to lock it, it seems like it won't turn and it is tight.

Any thing got to be done inside the case to free the lock first or is it just tight to turn. Not too bothered, but would like to know. Thanks.

yup, mine doesn't lock either - seems the key doesn't even fit!!? I've no need to lock it anyway, so no harm no foul kinda thing.

Mine does work fairly easily - turn the key whilst pushing in quite hard. But IMO it's next to useless anyway. Anyone who seriously wants to get in there is gonna trash the front panel anyway, or just turn off the PSU if they wanted to turn the system off!

Yeh its entirely useless, but does work if you press it in hard enough.
