Hmmm not too keen on the idea of gluing to the fan - will have to have a think about this one

Ive never used glue, paper clips and poke through to hold on.

I have not done it since my 80mm fan days, and surprisingly I have no tights I could use to show you

My pc65's used to pull in obscene amounts of dust, the strange this is after putting both towers on the floor the dust levels have dropped... nowhere near as bad as before when on a desk... I assumed it would be worse lol

I always have used the house hold Vaccum cleaner! Never had a problem in the years i have been Messing with PC's. Just be careful thats all. Great at sucking the fans clean too!! As i said, never had a problem (Yet).

Thats strange it was the opposite for me, do you have a carpeted floor?.

Yea seems opposite for me aswell, mine pulls in more dust on the floor. Ive now moved it to Desk, so ill see how it goes.

Is the vaccumm Cleaner really a good idea ? Ive heard of some horror storys envolving Vac's....

Yes we have a carpet down in the living room, I had to put my towers on the floor, was paranoid the dust level would get really bad but for some reason it hasnt

I made a custom plinth out of wood for my PC. I can slide it out and it keeps it off of the Carpet!

I had wheels on my eclipse and its still got in that state :eek:

, its not bad on my desk but i do clean the filter more often now.
