Stupid Question

yes they do but there not very good and a little loud when under load and not great for overclocking. but they will be fine for stock and a mild overclock :D

It will - so long as you buy the retail version. The OEM version doesn't come with a CPU cooler (or a box).

You are going for sandy bridge, right?

yes, a heatsink comes within the box with thermal paste pre-applied, as long as you get get the retail version.

I recommend getting an aftermarket cooler. When I installed my cpu with the stock heatsink, my temps were around 80*C with turbo mode on, under load and at stock speed. After a few times of taking off and putting the heatsink on, the push-pins that secure the heatsink to the motherboard are broken.
