I got moved from O2 to Sky broadband over a year ago, and today sky shield was turned on and most of my websites AND games don't work. If I access a website I get a blocked message, and even Battlefield 4 (Origin) is blocked because it is classed as 'war & bloody' 
I spent ages trying to turn Shield off, but as I didn't have a Sky ID I couldn't. I finally managed to speak to a Sky rep who eventually turned it off.
