This is probably a stupid question (he says, covering his back), but does anyone know if it would be possible to plug a USB hub into the plug part of my iPhone charger so that I can charge multiple devices (basically my iPhone and my bluetooth headphones) at once?

The only barriers to this, that I can see, are that the voltage might burn out the USB hub (although some have overvoltage protection, I believe) or that the devices will charge more slowly because the charge is split up between them.

:)

I tried this with my htc phone charger and didn't have any luck, but that might've been because of the cheapo hub I was using :p

Hmmm...

Looks as though there are already things you can get which will do it (search dual USB mains charger at the rainforest)...

Some even have a passthrough plug, as well!

Wow!

On a similar but not similar vein. Does anyone know if I can charge my iPhone 4S or wife's iPod touch with the 10W ipadv3 charger. I've read that the iPhone and touch chargers are 5W but does this matter?

Yes, they'll charge perfectly.
