Stupidly slow wireless

My wireless network connection is running pathetically slowly.

I'm connected to the router at a strength of 4/5 bars with the speed at a solid 54Mbps...

Yet browsing is mind numbingly slow, downloads peak at about 3KB/s and the router admin panel takes forever to load which says to me its something about my PC and the Router and not the net connection...

Any ideas why it would be doing this so randomly? It was fine a few days ago, not installed anything, not changed any firewall settings etc.

Doesn't look to be anything awry there...

Guessing that could have something to do with it, but I have no idea what that means?

Adaptor: D-Link G510 PCI Card

(Everyone else in the house is using the same card with the same drivers with no issues)
