Stutter in MW2 whilst recording?

Recently bought whole new PC (apart from SSD and HDD)
PC Specs in sig
Recording with FRAPS
I can record BF3 gameplay perfectly, this is the only game where it actually stutters/lags.

Basically, when I record in MW2 it lags/stutters really bad, but the FPS is still about 80ish, so I've no idea why this is happening..

Haha, I mainly play BF3, just MW2 now and then.

I use FRAPS to record

Available in 1080 to get a better look at it, as it isn't as noticeable on the file itself, but definitely noticeable ingame.

The only way i found to record smoothly in MW2 was to have the files write to a seperate hard drive, along with half resolution recording.
