Well, the title says it all.
I had been using WMP for the past month or two until around 30 mins ago, I had downloaded Winamp and had it working absolutely fine however i paused it halfway through a song and started to watch the TV. I came back and unpaused it but the songs i was playing were stuttering for about 1 or 2 seconds within 5-10 second intervals. I opened up WMP and loaded a few songs however i got an error saying:
"Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it might be in use by another program, or it might not be functioning properly."
The spec in my sig is what i am going to build and not what i have now, currently i am using onboard sound.
Anyone got any ideas?
