stuttering on 4k file.

I downloaded a 4k sample and its stuttering.

Here is my set up,4tb NAD which goes to my amazon fire not 4k box and is played via kodi on my 50" lg plasma.

Have tried 3 files and all stutter.

Any ideas ?

Forgot to add,I tried a USB stick and that was the same.

Will look into the nvidia shield as that seem's to be the best one.
