Stuttering under heavy load

Hi I need some advice.When loading games, such as CS GO my PC sometimes freezes for about 5-10 seconds. Also when during game the PC stutters and im starting to think its due to my cheap memory.

My current specs are :-

I7 3770k @ Stock
Motherboard P8z77-V LX
Ram Teamgroup PC3-12800 12gb
Graphics card GTX 1060.

It's unlikely the RAM causing problems. Have you ruled out software issues fully? Background programs/services running?

My first thought is your temperatures. Check your temperatures with HWiNFO and monitor them while you do what normally causes the stuttering. If they seem high, check the heatsink is mounted properly
