Style a paragraph with quotation marks?

I would like to add some quotation marks to some paragraphs on my testimonial page and thought I would ask the correct way (css I pressume?) of doing it rather than just manually adding in a picture at the start and end of the text live Ive done in the past. Thanks

Use blockquote, cite and the :before [and :after ] CSS pseudo-selectors.
