Stylish Monitoring Software

Good Morning,

I have bought a 7" Screen to sit under my main monitor, the idea is to have it running some monitoring software.

Does anyone know of a stylish, clean program that I can just run full screen on it?

Mainly want to monitor GPU and CPU, anything else I don't mind.

NZXT Cam is ideal in layout terms but wont go full screen or allow me to adjust the size at all. Not a massive issue but having it run full screen would be perfect.
