Private messages are disabled so we can't PM everyone telling them where stuff is cheaper, as its against the rules, just like the quoting of competitor pricing hint, hint. ;)

Just got my PSU from the MM seasonic 500w for £45, that should run a single card no probs, shouldn't it?

when u say IQ i assume you mean Image Quality. if so. the 3870s have better IQ than Ultras. they are vibrant and sharper. just google it. id say get them
 
I would not choose a 3870 over a GT based on IQ, since the difference is pretty much not noticable. TBH I dont think its more vibrant and sharper and I had a 2900XT and some AA modes were blury and I noticed no difference apart from that and the 3870's dont have improved IQ over the 2900XT.

Sorry just another question

Does the 8800 gts support windscreen resolutions out of the box, im still using XP pro and will be for a few months to come
