Hey all,

Shopped at OCUK many times before and was wondering is it possible to get decent water-cooling under £70 (Excluding VAT), possibly not in a kit form?

Thanks for your help, I understand I'll need:

Pump
Resevoir
Radiator
Tubing
CPU Block
Coolant

But I have no clue about tubing sizes, help is greatly appreciated! :)

not worth getting watercooling if you are going to spend that much, minimum amount not inc vat i would say was about £120 - £140.

Your looking at £43 just for the cheapest waterpump overclockers sell.,

So that leaves you with £27 to buy the rest of the components you will need..
Radiator
cpu waterblock
Resevoir or T-line
Tubing
Barbs
hose clips
Anti-Corrosion Coolant
etc

plus postage..

If you buy second hand you might get something worth while for that much... about £85 would probably get you an:

Apogee GT block £20

120.2 rad (black ice pro maybe) £20

couple of fans (yate loons) £9

Hydor pump (maybe a Laing DDC-1T if you're lucky) £15-30

some 3/8" tubing £3

cheap res such as the Alphacool cape AGB2 can be had for £8

Total - £75-£90

Then the coolant of your choice, can just be distilled water or proper coolant for about £6 and a few quid for barbs if they don't come with fittings.
