Sub £700 Budget Gaming PC

Afternoon guys I'm currently specing a computer for a friend of mine this is what I have so far;

He is going to purchasing Microsoft windows 7 elsewhere I need a good case bearing in mind I need to stay below £700 if possible. Thanks a lot

Power consumption is only going down?

And it will fit the 200R or the BitFenix Neos.
