A mate of mine is after a new gaming laptop. Ideally he wants to spend about £650, but will stretch to £800.
He's picked out the Lenovo Ideapad y700 which looks quite good actually:
Intel Core i7-6700HQ Processor (6MB Cache, up to 3.50GHz)
Windows 10 Home 64
8GB DDR4 2133MHz (1 SoDIMM)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M 4GB
15.6" FHD (1920x1080) LED Backlit, IPS, Anti-Glare display (Slim)
256 GB Solid State Drive PCIe
Intel 3165 AC/A/B/G/N(1x1) Dual Band Wireless + Bluetooth Version 4.0
£876
Or for £779, there's the MSI GP62 Leopard Pro i7 NVIDIA 960M Gaming Laptop/Notebook with very similar specs, but 128GB SSD (which I'm sure they would increase for extra cost?)
Any other recommendations? I'm waiting to hear what kind of games he plays, but I think those two are good options for circa £800?
