Sub + Amp install time!

Finally got all my bits, so i'm ready to install my Sub + amp. Only thing is i'm rather unsure of how to go about the whole task.

I've got a rough idea, but was wondering if there are any guides out there to assist me with getting it all installed.
 
If you're rather unsure about how to do it, learn before you try! Don't want anything wiring backwards :p
I put my stuff in about a year ago, some parts are a real pain in the arse, but just make sure you check everything a good few times before you connect it up to the battery and turn the ignition !
 
Not much to follow really, but heres some pointers:

-Keep fuse as close to battery as possible
-Run RCA cable and power cable down opposite sides of the car if possible
-Make sure you find a good, metal earth point. I've seen and heard of installs dying because of shoddy earth points.
-Take the fuses out the power cable & amp while your installing everything (just for precaution)

Take your time! Don't go hell for leather in the excitement of it all otherwise you'll be doing it again properly a month later. (Speaks from experience :rolleyes: )
 
Hardest part of the job is finding a hole for the power wire through the bulkhead.

Make the earth as short as possible and make sure its a good contact (Remove all paint)

Oh make sure the earth and + are the same AWG Wire ;)
