Sub Forum Proposal...

I'd like to propose a sub forum (hence the title) in here for 'spec-me threads'

It would make the GH forum less cluttered and it'd be easier to track your spec threads if they're all in one place with nothing else around them

Not sure if it'll be that well received, but it's worth a shot lol

Maybe a mod could make a poll...

Makes a lot of sense.

Important Stuff: System build guide ( 1 2 3 4 5 6)

Important Stuff: Guide to helping you choose your components ( 1 2 3 4 5)

Important Stuff: Pre-built PC`s

Important Stuff: Bundles.

Important Stuff: Deals of the Week

Important Stuff: Deals of the Day

And maybe a 'Benchmark Sticky' with links to the top 10 most popular Gpu`s and Cpu`s.

May help some to decide more or less what they want or need, before posting a spec. Then just post your spec and get some feedback.

Also think Stulid, Reaper, Ollie and the other guys who spec a lot PC`s are the ones to really ask.

But these are just my thoughts!

The trouble is, who will be bothered to go to a 'Spec Me' subforum, when the only likely use is to help people? If you just browse GH, spot a spec me, you're tempted to click. I might wander in and help. But go to a forum just to help? Nah thanks

You may not wish to help, but there are numerous people who do. I follow the GH forum regularly and find the info given very helpful. I have also learned quite a lot from the different opinions and debates that ensue and the links provided as backup. I have also found answers to problems or queries i myself have had, without having to post.
I just think as OP, that having them together, in one place, would make it easier for people to see what others are buying. Thus giving them some idea as to cost and what they will get for their money.
