Sub Sim

Hi Guys,

Looking for some recommendations for a decent submarine sim. I played SH2 back in the day but fell out of love with the series after a very buggy SH3. I see there is a SH5, any one know if its any good? Or any other decent sub sims out there?

Silent Hunter is pretty much all there is. Check out subsim.com for a bunch of guys really into their Naval games. They've reviewed pretty much all naval games ever made.

I used to play a game called 668 Attack Sub way, way back in the day which I thought was great. V little info on the net so not much help really

There is nothing really out there tbh. I would say SH3 is still better than SH5 even after most of the bugs have been fixed in 5 by the community. Modding is kind of essential. I still think 668 is the best sub game. Naval sims are not very popular really and Harpoon is still better than the like of Arctic Warfare etc. Shame really.
