Submit a request - ticket options won't load on page

Have tried on three different browsers, namely Firefox, Chrome and (regrettably) Microsoft Edge - cannot generate a 'Submit a request' ticket on the page with or without accepting cookies.

I've seen this is a dated issue from posts previously around 2023, is this a known issue or a user-end one?

I need to get a pre-order cancelled but I might only have the option to cancel it via the phone at this point because there's no other way to contact them virtually. I'd prefer to do it over the web in ticket-form for traceability and practicality.
