Subscribed thread emails not working..

sorry if this is the wrong place, not sure where else to put this but from a few days ago I am no longer getting emails to my subscibed threads.
It is set to instant email notification in my settings.

Any ideas?

I did have this problem, prior to the recent server 'upgrade' or whatever it was, but things do seemed to have settled down again now, and I am receiving regular notifications from threads I visit regularly, or subscribe to.

Im pretty sure mine was working fine a few days after the upgrade. Last email I got was on the 8th October.
