Subversion repository filesystems

I'm looking at installing a repository on a remote server (It's also firewalled and I'll be getting a domain to point to it).

The gets and updates will be via HTTP as a result, and I wondered who's had any success with BerkeleyDB vs FSFS in this circumstances?

It doesn't appear that there's any default, and I'm a bit stuck!

Ace. Also and most importantly, can Subversion be set up using IIS and not Apache?

I did find most of those using an identical query; I was just hoping that someone may know something I haven't found.
