Such a thing as a Flash based desktop background?

It seems quite an obvious thing but has anyone come across any powertools etc that can make you desktop background flash based? I am thinking cool animations etc...

For example how cool would the top bit of this website be as your desktop background?

a psp type backdrop would be cool

as long as it wasn't buggy, like dreamscene

Welcome to the 90's and Active Desktop

It's no longer part of windows since Vista though.

Not Flash-based but I used to use Drempels many, many years ago.
