Sucker problem

Ive just bought a Snooper Indago (great unit by the way!), but I'm having a rather serious problem with it. WHen I attach the sucker mount to the windscreen it holds for a few minutes, before promptly falling off!

Im pretty sure I am using it correctly, as I borrowed my cousins unit (same model) for a week and used it every day with no problems.

Can anyone advise?

Or try cleaning your windscreen with someone with a strong alcohol base

Clean your windscreen...

This fixed my TomTom problem

Defo clean the screen mate.. the tom tom one kept falling off in the hire car until i cleaned the spot where it was.. it didnt fall off at all after that

Also if the mount has a little lever above the sucker, make sure this is clicked down
