Similar to the thread below started by Thaifood (Potential PSU problem), I have recently had a string of reboots when the PC was literally idling whist watching Youtube videos. Like him I am also wondering if it is a potential PSU problem or possibly CPU related.

System spec:
Ryzen 5700X (UC+UV)
Radeon Rx480 (UV)
ROG Strix B450-F Gaming II
Patriot Viper Steel 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 PC4-28800C18 3600MHz CAS 18-22-22-42 (running XMP)
Super Flower Platinum King 550W 80 Plus Platinum

The BIOS (50.03) whilst not the latest, is from Feb 2023 whilst the latest is from Mid June 2023. I will run a Windows Memory Diagnostic after work just to check but not certain that is the error as XMP been running since installation. But in the last month, I have had 9 reboots almost all (except one last night when I started fiddling) when watching YT.

As briefly as possible, I run an undervolt and underclock using PBO and Curve Optimiser. Figures are more or less as follows:
-ve offset of -13.125
PBO: -250mhz (so max 4400 Mhz)
CO: (where I have done most of my fiddling)
Core 1: -15
**Core 2: -15
Core 3: -25
Core 4: -10
Core 5: -10
Core 6: -15
*Core 7: -18
Core 8: -25
**Best core, * 2nd best

I was going through the APIC error codes as they occurred and increasing 3mv-5mv when this happening. Most cores where running in the neg 18mv-30mv range. I then thought to move LLC from regular to high to extreme and the random shutdowns continued. I reduced offset from -13.625 to -13.125 to -12.500 and still with shutdowns. I tried running ecomode with offets etc. Still shut downs continued. I am tearing what is left of my hair out. Don't want to run at stock as I prefer cool and quiet and saw volts spiking to 1.41v and temps going to 65C-70C under load (typically 39C-43C or 55 under load).

I will use my PSU checker to check PSU (which is now 6 years old) but has seen a stress free life whilst on usually 12-14 hours daily. I am typically drawing about 75w on HWinfo for CPU and GPU with max of 65w and 99w if gaming (excluding mem, 6x 120mm fans and SSD and 2*HDD) so I would say 200w max.

I am just trying to get a few ideas of what else to look for? Am I being too extreme in my offset? Should I continue to reduce CO values on the APIC errors if they continue to occur? I think that the bulk of the shutdowns occur whilst watching YT point to something when the PC is not under load.

TIA

OK. I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic and it reported no faults.

However, I now have three incidences if a warning all log within 1 second and all exactly the same as below:
A corrected hardware error has occurred.

Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Unknown Error Source
Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error
Processor APIC ID: 4

The details view of this entry contains further information. And of course, I am unable to decipher the code generated even in the "friendly view" of the details. Any ideas of where/how to decipher this?
