Sudden crash and error

Ok , this is mega weird!

I was playing NFS Rivals and suddenly my pc shuts down and restarts but only to show me the recovery screen with this :| WTF !?

boot issue from what ive seen on google

either hdd related or could be from crashing badly,memory setting/voltage not right

are you running latest mb bios? if not id update that first

Oh wow. I wiggled a little the SATA cable from the SSD and HDD and now it booted up normally .

Well that gave me a mini heart attack
