Sudden slow internet?

Hi, I live in Norfolk and my broadband is provided by BT. I've trouble shooted as much as I can (Moving around wires, ports, moving the home hub). My speed lately has been rather slow, and this literally happened over night, it's been in its current state for about five days now and I've finally had enough!

My DL speed has gone from about 5-6mb/s to around 0.8mb/s

Does anyone have any idea why the internet has suddenly become so slow? The service has been fine for the last two years of having it.

1) Don't be impatient.
2) Post router stats.
3) Post BT speedtest result.

Call up BT? They might be capping you.
