Given the amount of Sufjan fans there are on here I'm surprised there hasn't been some chatter about this...

Just recieved it in the post this morning, so you can expect a review within merely days...

The album struck me as a bit of a cash-in, being that it's composed of tracks that didn't make the cut for Illinoise, so I haven't jumped at getting it. I'm interested to hear what it's like though, as the aforementioned album is a cracker.

Think it's pretty good but you can tell it's the tracks that missed the cut.

Although the title track is superb as is the three different takes on Chicago.

Had a chance to listen to this album now and I must say that the recording quality is superb. Sufjan is a very talented and prolific man.

A lot of this seems to be in the same vein as Illanois, which makes perfect sense. Recording is superb, doesn't feel 'rough' or anything.

Is a superb album, and probably the best B-side album ever, but it is only an accompanyment to Illanois really.

Doesn't flow anywhere near as well as Illanois, but other than that its an excellent buy and woudl reccomend to anyone.
