Suggest a Laser Printer?

Hiya in need of a office Laser printer to do general printing of A4 sized black/white sheets and occasional colour adverts/Flyers!

Prefer to have all in one machine i.e Fax/copier/printer/scanner!

Budget of around £200/300 if that's going to get a reasonable machine?

Besides fax CM1312nfi ads also network connection which would be really sensible for office environment. (or home with multiple PCs)

(+ as Postscript printer it's possible to get printing working even in older Windowses without driver support)
