Suggest Games For Gamepad Play

hi guys, im looking for a few suggestions for some games i can sit back (cosy chair) and play using a gamepad, i have an xbox controller for the pc so i will be using that. Any genre really as long as its great fun. Racing, Arcade, shooting etc.

what do you recommend

Racing games like Dirt or Grid. Maybe some console shooters that have been ported over like Gears of War. It's old but I quite enjoyed a play through on the PC, should be able to find it cheap as well.

DiRT, Grid or TrackMania Nations Forever.

TrackMania is free on steam, so well worth it.

I don't have it, but I'd expect Street Fighter 4 is better with a controller.

GRID, Dirt, Trine, Xmen Origins, Burnout Paradise, Prototype, Assains Creed, LEGO Batman, Prince of Persia.

Fallout 3, Bioshock are excellent with the gamepad. Vibration for the win!

Not Bioshock. They did such a terrible job of porting it to mouse its better on gamepad.

may try burnout as well as dirt and grid, im not sure about the others though, thanks

Batman: Arkham Asylum not out on PC untill 18th September.

Some say to fix bugs others say to add PhysX, either way delayed 2 weeks after console release.

Left 4 Dead. Although you may get owned. Oh and Crisis, thats pretty much the same story though.

Grid as mentioned
Gears of War - superb
Fallout 3 - again superb - may not be to everyones taste though
Test Drive Unlimited - cheap as chips and great fun
Dead Space - again not to everyones taste but brilliant fun
