started to listen to a lot of classical music recently liked what i have been hearing...

stuff like: Johann Pachelbel - Canon In D

Tomaso Albinoni - Adagio In G Minor

Mozart - Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, Symphony no.40

also Mozart's Requiem done by some orchestra in 1976 which i thought was quite good.

Anyway can u guys recommend some other ones i should download etc. Famous tracks are always welcome as i have no idea what they are called but also anything else that is good.

Thanks

I've been listening to Bach's cello suites 1-6 lately, they are superb and some of the movements (is that the right word?) are pretty well known.

I'm a huge fan of Rachmaninov's piano concerto 3 aswell.

Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker suite is pretty famous too, and damn good.

Rachmaninovs Piano Concerto no.2 in C Minor Op.18 is awesome.

Carl Orff - Carmina Burana is pretty well known.

Rachmaninov - Rhapsody On A Theme Of Pagini is again well known and pretty class.

Samuel Barber - Adagio For Strings

Moonlight Sonata movement 3 for the most awesome piano playing ever :)

I don't even think its worth me telling you who thats by!

Seconded. Moonlight Sonata still sends shivers down my spine. Beethoven > all in my opinion.
