Suggested Graphocs card for P5QPL-AM

Hi,
I have a P5QPL-AM , with a 2007 vintage Q6600 2.4 Ghz , 4GB of memory.

At the moment I have a GeForce 8800 GT on the PCI Express 16 (only one slot on the board)

I have a 700w Coolmaster PSU.

Can anyone recommend a graphics card that can be slotted in and will improve performance?

up to 200GBP, I imagine the performance would be limited by the other components.
Im interested in playing arma 3

I think Arma 3 is cpu bound, though I'm not absolutely certain.

In your shoes, I would save a little more and get a new cpu and motherboard. If you end up just going for a card, make sure you overclock your cpu to at least 3ghz. An overclocked Q6600 coupled with, I think, an AMD R7 260 should be ok. I don't see the point of adding anything noticeably faster than that really.
