suggestion for laptop

hi all, im looking for a laptop in the region of £1000

i would like xp media centre on it
good size hard drive
preferably 1 gb memory

not going to be used as a gaming machine


can anyone suggest a good one?

Get a Sony FS or FE series laptop, the screens on these are amazing, perfect for media centre use.

The HP Pavilion Laptop, DV5094EA, doesn't seem to be a bad choice. It can be found online for the £800 mark, leaving you 200 spare or for a nice external HD. The specs include :
