Suggestions for a cheap quiet case

Hi Guys,

My desktop machine is pretty old skool now - Q6600, 4GB Ram etc but as I tend to just use my laptop i've decided to not upgrade and keep it as is. I plan to just use it for streaming media and downloading. At the moment I have a stupidly large Coolermaster Stacker 830 Nvidia edition which is heavy and huge!

I'm looking to replace it with something cheap, quiet and big enough to hold at least 6 HDDs without having to buy some extra components, most I have spotted only take 4 HDDs and you have to buy an expansion part to fit more.

My options are either - get a cheap replacement and sell the stacker or get the 4-in-3 device module for the stacker so it can fit some more drives, but ideally I would rather replace the case with something much 'simpler'. Does anyone have any suggestions for a cheap and quiet case that can fit all my drives?

Cheers

Alex

You aren't meant to mention competitors to OcUK on here.

Any case can be relatively quiet if you reduce the amount of noise the components inside make. Avoid cases with loads of open mesh and fast spinning fans.

That's a tight budget IMO

If you are willing to stretch slightly i would strongly suggest the NZXT H2 - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-036-NX&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=35

Quiet - Foam on inside of the door and side panels, decent fans with integrated fan controller that you can hook up other fans too as well.
Space - Loads of HDD bays.

Or as already mentioned, the Fractal Design Define R3 - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-008-FD&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=1556
