Suggestions for a Wifi Card?

Moved my office upstairs, and sadly there's no easy way to get ethernet up here.
I'm running my desktop via a wifi extender that has a LAN port on it for now, but its flaky and keeps cutting out.

Its a 12th Gen Intel based system, looks to have 2 spare (short) PCIe ports spare. I assume a proper car will work better than a USB adapter?
Its not something I've ever bought - could someone suggest a decent product, good VFM? I don't need the absolute best, just something good enough for a solid connection - the signal up here is pretty decent, both my work laptops are having no issues.

Thanks

Depends on the card, tbh. Some of them are good, some aren't. The main problem I've had with USB ones is overheating.

I've experience of these PCI-E cards:
Gigabyte WB1733D-I (Intel AC9260)
Gigabyte WBAX200 (Intel AX200)
Asus AC58BT (Intel AC9260)

They all work fine, the Asus was the only one that came wrapped (the Gigabyte boxes had no seals).

FYI: Bluetooth doesn't usually work without the USB cable being plugged in so you'd need an internal USB header for that and the signal is a lot weaker without the antenna.
